KT Ellis (they/them) has over 20 years of CX experience and a passion for building authentic relationships that drive progress. In fact, they often tell folks that relationships are their super power!

They were introduced to the DEIB world in college and enjoyed participating in UCSB Queer Student Union's educational and advocacy initiatives. Working at Mindbody, a global wellness business management software, from 2013 - 2022 allowed them to start exploring the workplace DEIB space. KT sat on the board for MBPride, the LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, since its inception in 2018. Currently, they work as a Senior IT Product Manager at Dutchie, a leading technology and payments platform in the cannabis industry. At Dutchie, they enjoy co-leading the Dutchie Pride ERG.

KT is especially passionate about ERG leadership & advocacy and supporting trans and non-binary team members & their unique needs in a professional setting. They live in the PNW with their wife and 12 year old Boston Terrier.
